Let the Blogging Begin!

It is 8:00 AM and that means it is BLOGGING TIME!  I wanted to make my first post be an explanatory blog about who I am blogging for as there may be many people out there who are not quite that familiar with Best Friends Animal Society!
Best Friends Animal Society began in the early 1980's and is based out of a quaint town in Utah called Kanab.  In Kanab you will find their sanctuary which houses up to 2,000 animals that are in need of love, support, care, and even a forever home.  They do not limit themselves to just dogs and cats, no way!  You will also find pigs, horses, birds, and even bunnies!  
Best Friends created a grassroots campaign that has since spread out across the country that has a mission of creating a world where there are no more homeless pets.  It is through this campaign that thousands upon thousands of animals are saved each and every year because of their efforts.  Hopefully, one day, there will be zero homeless animals.
